Washington Roadtrip: Day 1

We left early yesterday morning, beginning our road trip adventure to Washington: Sequoia National Forest swimming and a night at a hotel.....

We had some car sickness and a need to stop and take care of it.;) After that the little ones were given their own special bag to hold for the rest of the trip.;)

Using a map and a GPS on this trip....

We had planned to camp at Sequoia but, we were unable to find any park rangers so we went swimming for a couple hours and got back on the road.

It was very refreshing!;)

I really don't remember what we were doing here but it was a very fun place to swim!:)

There was a rope to swing on into the river and so we quickly made use of it! Almost all of us used it, minus Mommy and Timmy!:) It was a little scary for some of us at first, but we all did it more than once!

Getting back on the road....

Momma drove for a few more hours and then decided we'd had enough for the day. We found a hotel room for the night and spend the rest of the evening swimming in the pool!:) It was nice and hot-so swimming was the top choice for everyone.
