Natey's Birthday, A Spring Wedding and A Mother's Day Weekend!:)

(And I am finally updating the blog! It's been a busy summer! There's a lot that's been going on here, so hang on for the wild rollercoaster of posts!;)

 

Life stays busy, whether it is a slow consistent busyness or a face paced, wild busyness!  

We ended the month of April with our Natey's 12th birthday! Opa, who shares that birthday with him, came to visit the Saturday before and we all enjoyed going to the Dutch Store and sepnding time with him! We got pictures, but unfortanltey, the computer they were on is not working for us at present so we'll have to make do without them.;) He got to go shooting with the his Dad and brothers to celebrate the day before, which he really enjoyed, and then we had a BBQ on the actual day.:) 

He made his own target to shoot at!;) Happy Birthday, Natey! He's growing up, folks....:)

 

Another fun occasion for this month was the wedding of some friends, Stephen and Lorna Weston!:D

I had the honor of attending the guestbook for the exciting day!!

It was truly neat to see Stephen and Lorna take this step in faith and love, making the commitments that God created marriage to have.

One of the things we loved about watching Stephen and Lorna that day, was seeing just how much they loved each other and how happy they were

We were very grateful to be able to witness the beautiful and God honoring wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Weston!!:)

Mom's friend from highschool, Mrs. Delang, came and took mom out Mother's Day weekend!:) The two mothers enjoyed a time of fellowship and lunch while the kiddos had a fun afternoon playing and visiting!
