Handy-Dad and Sons!:)

The last few months Dad and the guys did come major fixing up the house!:) We've been needing to make more space and move things around for some time, so the timing was perfect! It was really neat to watch them work together, have adventures, and gain experience in the whole process.;)
Moving a cabinet to rearrange a bedroom.....
 Timmy staying occupied.....
With the work going on in the house, meals were moved outside for awhile..:)
The kiddos keeping themselves occupied with that basket again!
One of the biggest projects was replacing the kitchen cabinets! They really needed to go!;)
 Installing the new cabinets.....
This was a first for Dad and he did a great job!
One day Aunt Rocio came to visit with Sophia and Grandma and had lunch in our outdoor dinning area.;)
 The new countertop....
The guys also replaced and installed a new sink......
This sink is a lot deeper which is really nice!
Cutting the hole for the sink....
 Taking measurements for depth.....
Adding the handles....it was super exciting to see everything coming together!
A new shiny sink!! The finished results...
All done!
 Assembling some new storage cabinets.....
Another big project was building a bunk bed, with a trundle bed for the older guys room!
We are so thankful for our men!
The bunk was all finished here, but the drawer bed was still being built.

It was really good to be able to get these projects accomplished! We've often talked about how we'd like to move, but we realized recently that God isn't opening the door for that and that we need to make do with what He HAS given. Not only does it teach character but it has drawn us closer s a family.

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.
