Washington Roadtrip: Days 18-20-Winslow Fun!:)

Wednesday we drove off to join some special people vacationing in Sun Lakes Dry Falls....
Setting up camp around 9 pm at night.:P Using the van lights to see....
Three tired little ones waiting.....:)
It was super dark with a beautiful starry sky above us as we set the tent. Little did  we know what our view was going to be like once the light came out!
Our chairs-see the lovely view behind them!
Our very cozy and lovely spot. We were becoming quite at home camping...;)
This is the view from above the campground up on the cliffs! It was beautiful and similar to a smaller version of the Grand Canyon.:)
Daniel flying his kite that morning....
Using the lights to set up camp the night before, we drained the battery on the van! Thankfully, God sent a neighbor who set up beside us for the same night we did, and were able to ask him for a jump. The neat thing was that when we returned later from grocery shopping only a few hours later, he was gone! It was the Lord's perfect timing and the stranger was more than willing to help us!!:)
After that we went down to the lake that was right across from our campgrounds and swam for awhile. It was so good to cool off! Then, much to our excitement my cell phone rang and us older ones all quickly got out and dried off some.....
The Winslow family (who were staying at the resort across the street) were on there way over, coming on their bikes!!:) (They had invited us to come camping there so we could visit with them while we were in WA, but it really didn't look like it was going to happen. However, the Lord knew how much we both needed this time of fellowship and we were amazed as door after door opened and it all worked out!!That's always such an exciting thing to discover our desires are in God's will!:)
We always have such a good time reuniting with their family!:)
The boys enjoying catching-up. It's so much fun to see how our families can line up almost the same. Every Sebo has a Winslow friend-even if they share the same Winslow buddy.;) (Yep, I stole your line, Tarra!;)
It was really surreal for Tarra and I! Here we are just savoring the time we have to talk in person rather than over the phone!!:)
Amidst all the excitement and talking a decision was made. With both families loaded in out matching vans, we headed for the Coulee Dam.
On the tour bus-our two families filled a whole bus!
Several feet below the water under the dam these turbines are busy at work....
Timmy and Evie enjoying the bus ride.:)
Both families on top of the bridge that runs across the dam.....
Getting back into the bus to finish the tour....
After that we all drove down to the museum where we could look around and learn more.
 Helping his sister "drill."
Momma and Mrs. Winslow trying to decipher and old letter they had on display regarding the dam...
 Tarra, Evie and I...:)
Little Abigail-she's about Timmy's age-in the diving suit!:) I love this little girl!
 Playing an interactive game...
That evening the Winslows invited us to their cabin where we had a yummy dinner and they taught us how to play the game Taboo.:)
 It was girls against boys...
 Mr. Winslow-keeping the game fun!
Daniel trying to describe the word....
Time to eat dinner!:) (The birthday sign above was from a few days before when their family was celebrating a birthday.:)
 We love these girls!!:)
Some of us sat inside, and the rest out on the porch under the lovely stars! We had a wonderful time!:) All too soon it was almost midnight so our families parted tired and ready for bed but eager for another day of one another's company.:)

The next day our family went swimming again before meeting up with the Winslows. While we were in the water, Ryan and I noticed some grey clouds approaching. We wondered if we should get out but didn't want to cause needless worry. Awhile later, as we were walking back to the campsite the wind picked up quite fast. The next thing we knew there were large dust clouds following us close behind and we RAN! At the campsite mom was quickly loading the van. The tent was rippling in the wind wildly! We all started helping load and the neighboring campers were loading their cars too. The wind storm was very mild for what it could have been and thankfully it passed over after some time. Our tent's middle pole snapped during the storm though, and it looked like that was the end of our trip.  The Lord opened up a cabin one down from the Winslow's that we were able to get for the night. Praise the Lord-we were able to stay, much to our joy!!
Tarra and I really ,really enjoyed matching!!:D I brought her this t-shirt from Alaska for her birthday and she did my hair!:)
After our adventure, their family invited us to a game of Put, Put Golf, that evening! We really enjoyed learning and playing the game!:)
Of course Tarra and I were on the same team.;)
Here's our whole team-Lilly, Grace, Myself, Timmy and Tarra.:) It was really fun to watch the little ones play!
Isaiah taking a shot....
Caytlin was on a team with Mr. Winslow which is always fun!:)
Back for dinner-this time it was at our cabin!:)
Us girls sat at the table with the little ones...
 Morning, Evie...;)
How fast these kiddos are growing up!:)
Hanging out at our cabin, while packing to leave.....
With the vans loaded up, the cabins cleared and emptied, we were off to see the Dry Falls, but first Mr. Winslow showed us some of the rugged beauty of the place before leaving.:)
 Looking at the Dry Falls....
A family picture.....

Once again it was back into the van and on the road. We had been away from home for more than two weeks but we were not heading for home just yet.....;)
