Birthdays, A Visit From Relatives and Camping.:)

We have had three birthdays fly by along with a camping trip already! It seems like there is always so much to post about.;)
For Timothy's birthday, we tried out Sonic-a 50's style, car hop restaurant, where the waiters serve you on roller skates.:) It was a fun experience!

He got a total of three birthday cakes, not all on the same day, of course.;P

Oma came over to celebrate! She brought the second cake. We celebrated outside on the patio-which has become our official dinning room.:)
Ryan and Daniel:)
Timmy and Joshua:)
Caytlin and I:)
Never knew a washer could come in handy with a birthday cake...;)
He was very happy with his cake.:)

Grandma stopped by to visit later that week, and then Aunt Drana, Christina and Sofia showed up! It was so nice to see them again!

Aunt Drana playing with Evie.:)
Sofia really likes her new cousin!;)
Sofia is growing fast and getting more used to us now! When she first came to visit Aunt Rocio couldn't even put her down......:P
Mommy and daughter-they look so much alike!
Playing with cousin Caytlin.:)

Now on to the camping! We spent a few days with our church family, at San Clemete Campground enjoying the beach and friends! Jeffrey Pau got to drive up with us and we had fun getting to know him better!!

Caytlin waiting with Evie, as we unpack the van at the campsite.

Isaiah and Daniel battling the waves.:P
Timmy enjoying his sand bed.:)

The younger kids had fun playing ball back at the campsite!
Pastor gave flashlights to all the kids who could quote a Bible verse...;)

And now, back to the Birthdays! Opa and Natey share the same birthday, so Opa came down to celebrate!
These boys love their Opa!
With our dinning room being outdoors, we decided to put rope lights to use at night.
Daddy connecting the lights.
Dinner-the finished results.:D
The next day, we went out for the birthday duo! Here's a quick picture by a fountain.
Unsheathing our hot dogs for Natey-"Frank's" birthday!
And of course we end up at Mexi Casa.:) Happy Birthday to Opa and Natey!!

Well, Lord willing, this week we will be camping again, this time with Opa, Oma and Kevin and Aunt Diane at Carlsbad Beach-so we will be nice and busy this weekend, praying for good weather and packing! Seems like this year has been so full of back-to-back activities!

Two are better than one,
Because they have a good reward for their labor.
10 For if they fall, one will lift up his companion.
But woe to him who is alone when he falls,
For he has no one to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm;
But how can one be warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him.
And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.

I enjoy reading about your family's adventures, Ashley. And of course I liked the beach camp out pictures. :-)

Your little outside dining room looks really fun! It looked especially cozy with the light strung around it.

Love you! :-)

Such a fun and delightful post, Ashley! Very much liked seeing and update on here!!

Mexi Casa!! Every time we go by that place, I think of you. :)

I really like how you have your dining room outside - that is a fabulous idea, and the lights hung up make it all the better. :)

Oh, and the cake and washing machine made me smile. Who knew that they would go together? :)

Thanks for the update!!

Love you!
